Process:

2. Insulating powder coating.
3. Scratch the redundant powder.
4. Heating by high frequency machine.
5. Moving out and cooling.


Feature:
1. Automatic process line- coating powder, scratching redundant powder, heating, cooling, unloading in the same line.
2. Powder coating and scratching in an enclosed area to avoid environmental pollution.
3. Powerful heater with better heating bar to improve the speed of the solidification of powder.
4. It’s much more efficiency by using belt mechanism to scratch the redundant powder.
