Trunnion type rotary transfer machine is invented with new automatic mechanism type include 3D vision guided robotic technology, Smart camera, lifting conveyor, jaw module and collect workpiece mechanism. Kai Hung Machinery had applied incentive project from Industrial Development Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C and cooperated with 3 companies. Till 28 February 2015, Kai Hung finished 3D vision guided automatic system incentive project.

For incentive project, Kai Hung Machinery is in charge of :
Application & integration of Water Ware processing module
Design and invent stacking object arraying/ dividing workpiece module
Design and invent for 2D modularization of jaw
Integrate vision guided robotic, manipulator arm, transfer machine and accessories
System integration, test and control for automatic arraying/ collecting workpiece
Import the guided control technology of transfer machine
Modularize 3D jaw and jig
Controlling and integrating technology for 3D modularized jaw and jig
3D whole system integration test
